Sizes are a guide only and may vary as the rings are not mass produced bands. If a specific size is needed, please tell me the required size and I can attempt to adjust to the size as best as possible. 

Please note that I cannot guarantee size adjustments, If it is not possible to re size as with some of the jewellery I will let you know. 

If you have your old Great Granny Pearl's cutlery laying around getting dusty in the loft or sideboard, I can certainly discuss options with you. As with most repurposed objects, they are all unique. You will need to email me on the 'Contact Us' page with your ideas/questions. 

Firstly I will need clear pictures of the entire item, front and back and a clear legible close up of the hallmark, that way I can check if it sterling silver, foreign silver or silver plated (also known as EP or EPNS)

I tend to work only with sterling or European silver, but am happy to discuss further.

As a small business and sole trader I currently only ship within the United Kingdom. I hope that one day I will be able to ship far and wide around the world, but for now it's UK only. 

Unfortunately as a sole trader (who also works a full time job) I am unable to make exchanges. However, you can re order your chosen item and follow the returns steps for a refund on your original item.

• You will find a return address label in your original parcel
• Please make sure you include your returns paperwork in the package, if this is not included I will be unable to process your return
• Please return by tracked delivery to avoid any lost parcels, which you may be liable for
